I thought at first Jogging was easy ... a kilometer away... whoaw! not that good for me
I honestly Love my body, I believe I'm in good shape though I know i'm not holistically healthy like that of my other aspects; emotional, social and whatever aspects you might think of... HAHAHA...
This is a hell of an experience and I say "IT IS ALL WORTH IT" ...
